Technical Instructors

Salary: $90,000 (negotiable)

Summary: Quality Analytics Associates (QAA) is accepting resumes for two (2) qualified technical instructors. This opportunity is dependent on contract win. It is one year with four option years (up to five years). 

Responsibilities:

• Review lesson plan outlines and lesson plans.
• Facilitate a distance learning environment that will not exceed a facilitator to student ratio of 1:32
• Provide expert instructional delivery in a resident environment
• Facilitate a resident environment that will not exceed a facilitator to student ratio of 1:8
• Facilitate performance oriented, outcomes based, educational lesson plan outlines, lesson plans, Practical Exercise (PE), and assessments that are progressive and sequential, adhering to environmental and risk assessment requirements, and educates students in accordance with Army and TRADOC doctrine
• Evaluate comprehensive assessments, rubrics, and Form 1009 series measurement devices for prepared course material
• Make recommendations regarding the development and application of action, conditions and standards utilized in education.
• Total average hours of training development based on TRADOC Pamphlet 350-70-11 Descriptions of Work (DOW), in accordance with the projected needs
• Facilitate the MLC through the Blackboard Learning Management System
• Communicate with students during the initial in processing, prerequisites, and all writing assignments
• Make recommendations regarding the development and application of action, conditions and standards utilized in education
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Government while representing QAA

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

• Have obtained the rank of Master Sergeant (E8) or service equivalent
• Have the 80 hour Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFD-IC) certification or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of employment
• Possess online qualifications that include Blackboard Basics, Instructor Writing Course (IWC) and any other courses determined within their Performance of Work statement (i.e., OPSEC Training, AT Level I Training, iWATCH Training, DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge Training)
