QAA is providing the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) technical support with 508 remediation of Word, Pdf, and Excel documents to assure the content is accessible to all FDA website users. QAA uses established US Department of Health and Human Services 508 checklists and programs to verify that all 508 compliance needs are met.
Instructional Support Services
In support of our partner CTx Education Group, we have supported Norwich Pro University since 2021 with the development, maintenance, and delivery of online instructional products. Our instructional designers have ensured products have met quality standards while assisting instructors and learners with any issues. We provide course administration assistance on Moodle prior, during, and after course delivery.

Workforce Analytics
In collaboration with our partner, Bintel, Inc., we supported the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) in an initiative to analyze the barriers for successful retention of the workforce and provide employee feedback with recommendations for short-term and long-term improvements. We provided expertise and research in workplace improvement while aligning the unique needs of the NSWCPD to assist in meeting the diverse set of professional disciplines and backgrounds. Over the course of two (2) six-month periods the project focused on several areas with a few repeated to allow for trends. During the project, our team ensured NSWCPD employee confidentiality and anonymity while providing customized Tableau dashboards. In addition, we delivered reports based on the dashboards with findings.
