QAA’s president, Jamae Allred, has spent over twenty years within the fields of education and training. With time spent teaching early childhood undergraduate instructor-led, blended, and online classes for Arkansas State University and the University of Memphis, Mrs. Allred gained experience for adult learning. Added to this experience, she has worked as a consultant leading various teams as an ISD and project manager for contracts within the Department of Defense, National Parks Service, Department of Transportation. The knowledge and insights gained led to the opening of Quality Analytics Associates.
508 Specialists
QAA has a team of experienced, qualified 508 specialists. The team is comprised of DHS Authoring Accessible Documents Certified and a DHS Trusted Tester individuals with experience in multiple 508 compliance programs.

Our team provides subject matter experts who serve as instructors, technical writers, or instructional designers. Our team has the required certifications and degrees depending on the contract needs.
