Administrative Support Services
Quality Analytics Associates (QAA) has extensive experience providing administrative and technical support to ensure compliance with Section 508 standards and WCAG Level AA guidelines.
For the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Veterans Services Office, QAA supported the Prime Contractor in the successful completion of contract deliverables by ensuring all training materials met 508 accessibility requirements. The project focused on delivering engaging, time-appropriate training tailored to multiple target audiences. Following initial course development, QAA’s DHS Certified Trusted Tester conducted accessibility reviews and issued detailed findings reports to the development team for revisions. Subsequent compliance reviews were performed prior to final delivery to verify full 508 conformance.
Additionally, QAA provided the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with specialized technical support for 508 remediation of Word, PDF, and Excel documents. QAA’s DHS Authoring Accessible Documents Certified specialists utilized validated tools and processes to confirm that all content met accessibility requirements, ensuring equitable access for all FDA website users.
Through these efforts, QAA demonstrated its commitment to delivering compliant, high-quality administrative support and accessibility assurance services to federal clients.

Additionally, in collaboration with CTx Education Group, QAA supported Norwich Pro University (2020–2023) by providing instructional design, course maintenance, and delivery support for online training programs.
